Sigma Legal Search is a legal recruitment business, working with talented lawyers and ambitious law firms nationally and internationally.
The business was born out of a desire to do things differently. We realise the value that a carefully handled, well-thought-out recruitment process will add to the trajectory of a lawyer's career. Whilst simultaneously contributing to the long-term retention of talent for our clients, in a market where retaining the best lawyers is paramount to remaining competitive. It shouldn’t just be about recruitment for recruitment's sake.

We realise how hard you’ve worked, and how important these next steps are, approaching the culmination of your training contract. You may be unsure about your practice area choice, and whether to stay with your current firm, or look externally upon qualification. Your current firm may have been the only law firm you’ve experienced, leaving you unsure as to whether it’s the most appropriate place for you to continue to develop.
